BICYCLE RENTAL REGULATIONS
Conditions and regulations of bicycle rental
- Required documents: A valid ID is mandatory.
- Deposit: A deposit is required for any damage to the vehicle. For rentals from 1 to 7 nights, the deposit is €100.00, refundable after verification.
- Lost padlock: if the lock is lost, the full value of the padlock will be charged, equal to €20.00.
- Lost key: In case of loss of key, the driver must collect a spare key at the property at a cost of €5.00.
- Rental cost: the rental cost will be calculated at the time of return of the vehicle.
Please note: the rental does not provide a recovery service for vehicles or people.
Rental conditions
- Use of the bicycle: the use is exclusively as a means of transport and must be treated with care. Dangerous competitions and manoeuvres are prohibited.
- Rules of the Highway Code: You must comply with the rules of the Highway Code.
- Physical fitness: the use of a bicycle requires physical fitness and technical competence.
- Liability: The user is responsible for damage while using the vehicle.
- Damage and breakage: the user must pay for the damage caused to the rented vehicle.
- Theft or irreparable damage: In the event of theft or irreparable damage, the user must compensate for the damage.
- Use by minors: use is allowed only by adults, unless accompanied by adults.
- Right to refuse rental: The lessor may refuse the rental at its own discretion.
- Replacement of the vehicle: the customer can replace the vehicle that is not working at the facility.
- Acceptance of the rules: the signing of the contract presupposes the acceptance of the rules.
- Disputes: for any dispute arising from the relationships governed by these general rental conditions, the place of residence or registered office of the defendant, or that of the place where the company has its registered office, shall have jurisdiction.
